1. Are your beef patties gluten free?

Yes. Our ground beef is gluten free, it is ground in house, only salt and pepper is added to it.

 

2. Are you french fries gluten free?

No. Unfortunately, our french fries do have a clear coat that does contain wheat. Additionally, our fires are fried in the same fryer as our Shroomburg, which is coated in flour, resulting in cross contamination.

 

3. What kind of oil do you use in your deep fryers?

We use 100% Canola oil to fry our french fries, Fried Chix Sandwich and Shroomburg.

 

4. Do you have a gluten-free bun available?

Yes. We have the O’Doughs 100% gluten free/vegan bun available for an extra charge. We prepare all of our gluten-free burgers on a separate work top and the staff member always disposes of their gloves and washes their hands prior to preparation of the burger.

 

5. Do you have any vegetarian or vegan options?

Yes. Our Shroomburg is our vegetarian option. We marinate, bread and deep fry whole Highline portabella mushrooms. To make it vegan, swap out the Martin’s potato bun for our vegan bun.

 

6. What blend of meat do you use in your ground beef?

Our signature ground beef blend is 100% Canadian Angus. Sourced for its flavour, tenderness and marbling Canadian Angus is like no other. The steers are bred and raised on Canadian soil to ensure we continue to support local!

 

7. What are the spices used in your Wham Spice?

Kosher salt, black pepper, dried parsley, chilli flakes, roasted garlic and red pepper.

 

8. What is in your Wham Sauce?

Mayo based (contains eggs), tomato paste, mustard, pickles, spices.
 

9. What kind of cheese do you have available?

Only classic American cheese. Is it processed cheese? Yes

 

10. Are your products halal?

All our our chicken menu items are halal, but our beef is not unfortunately

 

11. Is your Cravy Sauce vegetarian and gluten free?

Our Cravy sauce is vegetarian but is not gluten free.

 

12. Do you take reservations?

Unfortunately not. We are a counter service, fast casual restaurant. Tables are available on a first come first serve.

 

13. Do you have a kids menu?

Unfortunately we do not. But the Wham is a single burger that is perfect for children.

 

14. Do you have nutritional information about your menu?

Unfortunately, we do not, but it is part of our long term goals to have nutritional information available for all of our menu items. 

 

15. Where can I park if I am coming to dine-in?

There is paid street parking available throughout California Street between University and Wyandotte.

 

16. Where are you located?

401 California Avenue, right on campus at the University of Windsor. Look for the flag at the corner of California and Fanchette.

If you are coming from University, turn onto California headed away from the river.

If you are coming from Wyandotte, turn onto California and head toward the river. 

 

17. What are the item numbers for when ordering online?

The item number is set up to differentiate between every burger and combo. Simply provide a unique number for each burger and combo. Those numbers will be found on the receipt you receive with the order to help differentiate between each item.
